📝 Important Guidelines

  • The annual fee hike will be limited to 10% every academic year.
  • Parents are committed to paying the full academic-year fee, even in the case of mid- or end-of-year withdrawal.
  • All school fees must be paid in advance, either annually or quarterly, on the specified due dates.
  • Annual fees can be paid through cheque, online transfer, or debit/credit card. Quarterly payments via bank mandates or PDCs.
  • All school, services, or optional program fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Fee reminders are sent via the MCB app. The school will not send WhatsApp or phone call reminders.
  • Timely payment is essential. Non-payment may result in discontinuation of services without prior notice.
  • A one-month written advance notice is required for admission withdrawal to ensure a smooth exit.
  • Optional programs commence only if minimum enrollment requirements are met.
  • Note: School fees do not include Uniform, Textbook, or Notebook fees.
